
Class Descriptions
Hatha B-Present
A more traditional style of yoga. You will explore a series of postures designed to bring alignment, balance and strength to your body and mind harnessing Pranayama (controlled breathing). This practice offers longer holds in each pose. It encourages you to find that delicate balance between strength and ease, both physically and mentally. It is a well-rounded practice with moments of pause and meditation. Bee-present.
*Suitable for all levels of experience.
B-Slow Flow
This class will focus on a gentle flow of mindful movements combined with conscious breath. There is some degree of challenge in a flow sequence as the emphasis is placed on moving at a slower more controlled pace, flowing into each pose with attention and intention. Sometimes slowing down and tuning in is just what you need. Bee-mindful.
*Suitable for all levels of experience.
B-Free Flow
Breath with movement. Moving through poses at a faster pace with some more upbeat tunes playing. Expect more challenging and complex sequences, ending with some blissful Yin style stretches. A perfect opportunity to play and challenge yourself. Enjoy the music and let your body bust some beautiful moves. Leave feeling invigorated and ready to take on the world! Bee-lieve in yourself!
*Experience with flow is recommended but not necessary.
B-Calm
A restorative practice with very gentle movements and longer holds, incorporating meditation, Pranayama (controlled breathing) and Yin-style poses. These poses will activate your parasympathetic nervous system calming the body, mind, and soul. Great for stress relief, improved mood and sleep function. The majority of your time will be spent lying down. This is a fantastic compliment to your regular practice. Bee-peaceful.
*Suitable and encouraged for all levels of experience.
Private Lessons
Individual, couple or group private lessons are available. This a great option if you are new to the practice, if you have injuries or you want to refine and grow your practice with assistance. I am available to travel, to host events, workshops, retreats…etc. You name it and I promise to deliver the yogic magic you are looking for!
